As Brett says, I'd be willing to bet it's something in the SDP that you didn't include. Please reply back with the entire INVITE which includes the SDP.
As Dale was saying it might also help to see the full 400 response as it might indicate the reason for rejecting the INVITE. I can't imagine a SBC rejecting an INVITE because of the User-Agent value (unless it matched a value it is configured to reject like sipvicious's User-Agent).
