Hi Rohan, find the following cases for more clarification. This is irrespective of late offer/answer or regular offer/answer scenarios.
case-1: if single m= line with multiple codecs comes in offer. The answerer must send either *single m= line with a negotiated single codec* or *single m= line with supported list codecs* also (depends on implementation). case-2: if multiple m= line with single codec each comes in offer. The answerer must send same number of m= lines with negotiated codec each in m= lines in SDP. hope this clears your doubt. I think yours focus is "case-1" Refer : RFC-3407 and RFC - 3388 Regards, Praveen On Fri, Feb 24, 2012 at 8:44 AM, Roshan nampeli <[email protected]>wrote: > Hi Praveen, > > Thank you for the response. > So it means that in case of single m-line in the ACK, there should be only > one codec right? > If the other party reponds in 200 ACK with multiple codecs in the same > m-line then its wrong.
