Hi all, The following quote from RFC6062 says that a client MUST initiate TCP or TLS connection for TCP allocation. Could you please tell me why?

Creating an Allocation To create a TCP allocation, a client MUST initiate a new TCP or TLS connection to its TURN server, identical to the TCP or TLS procedures defined in [RFC5766].
