I changed the subject because these postings are supposed to help not
only the person who asks, but also others who scan the archives years
later.  Therefore, the subject line should be useful for searching.

RFC 3261 13.3.1.3 suggests errors 486 or 488, depending on what you mean
by "did not receive the call".  Another possibility is that A's UAC may
time out while B is still ringing, and send CANCEL.
