It's easy to tell, after the fact. :-)
But there is no way to tell in advance. In any case the server need not
act consistently. It may alter its behavior by time of day, client,
destination, or any other policy it wants.
You can use the Request-Disposition header (RFC 3841) to indicate your
preference for 'proxy' or 'redirect'. But there is no guarantee that
your request will be honored.
