Hi, The behavior you have mentioned does not include Outbound feature into consideration. As per the Outbound feature, a UA can REGISTER to multiple P-CSCFs, and for the same the server should also support Outbound. Therefore, in this case should it send Register request sequentially or in parallel, so as to identify which all servers supports Outbound.
