Hi! The Kamailio project is working on implementing SIP Outbound (RFC 5626) both as a registrar and edge proxy.
We have ended up in a discussion on what to do if the contacts are not the same in two registrations with the same instance ID and different reg-id's. Let's say there are two different Q values. The RFC doesn't seem to require that the contacts are the same or suggest how implementations of a registrar should handle this case.
