Hi, I really don't remember, it was about 8 years ago. I do remember that they wanted 20K$ for the stamp. What others wrote to you sounds right to me. I have never heard about such verification, you can just try your stack with so many free apps and servers. Another thing: you can open few accounts in some termination providers and check your stack
