Hi there,

 At first glance and with only this bit of information I would think that "
QCIF=2/MaxBr=520" should be "QCIF=2;MaxBr=520".
See also RFC 4629:

quote:
<snip>
o The optional parameters, if any, MUST be included in the "a=fmtp"
line of SDP. These parameters are expressed as a media type string,
in the form of a semicolon-separated list of parameter=value pairs.

[...]
Below is an example of H.263 SDP in an offer that includes the CPCF parameter.

  a=fmtp:xx CPCF=36,1000,0,1,1,0,0,2;CUSTOM=640,480,2;CIF=1;QCIF=1

[...]

 And are you sure about the "MaxBr" parameter? Have a look at par. 8.1 of RFC4629

 Kind regards,
 jan

Hi,
  I have received SDP with 200 OK for a INVITE from UAS. I am  giving the last two line of the SDP.   There is parsing failure for the last line in UAC.

m=video 21710 RTP/AVP 34
a=fmtp:34 QCIF=2/MaxBR=520

 Can you please let me know whether the last line is as per ABNF grammar. I am not getting the exact reference from any RFC.

Thanks & regards
