Hi Aditya

In register , UE will express its all capabilities lets say Volte call ,SMS
over ip etc
But when user initiate volte call using INVITE then only feature tag
expressing volte call is added in contact header.
This would help UAS to identify that calling application need to handle
this INVITE and not SMS application .

Also Caller can express its preferences putting feature-tags in
Accept-contact,reject contact header.
Paul already mentioned about Feature-caps

Thanks & regards
