AFAIK per title and the following snippet, he asked for Contact header
parameter.  I'm not positive what you are asking about (sip-uri header
parameters, generic header conformance, or something else).

RFC 4485 discusses generic header conformance.  RFC 3261 section 25.1
defines extension-header.

RFC 3261 section 25.1 presents the ABNF for headers embedded within a
sip-uri.
