Your description is not very clear.  It would help if you showed the SDP
that is sent and received.

But the payload type numbers 96 and above are dynamically assigned by
the SDP a=rtpmap lines.  (See
http://www.iana.org/assignments/rtp-parameters/rtp-parameters.xhtml#rtp-parameters-1.)
