There is no such thing as SIP version 3.C, at least in anything but experimental use. "3.C" does not even conform to the syntax of "SIP-Version" (RFC 3261 section 25.1). Sometimes people talk about SIP version 3, but that's a joke, as SIP version 3 is envisioned as a new version that corrects all of the problems of SIP version 2.0. (But it would of course be incompatible with version 2.0 and thus unusable in any existing VoIP network.)
