Christer - open season on INFO's :-)

I know some people said I should take out the Port 80 comment, but it is so
elegant and real, I left it in.  I'll probably move it to an appendix if it
does not get an appendectomy.

I did include a bunch of text on why MSCML used INFO, beyond it being the
only obvious option, namely the elegance and ease of saying, "Do this on
*my* leg," rather than saying "Do this on *that* leg."
