I would assume that a SIP INFO on the same dialog with an increament
in CSeq and the message body will have the updated Signal Duration.

Hi,
I have IWF scenario, H323 to SIP call.
The H323 endpoint is sending DTMF out of band of type UII 'signal'.
When the user plays a digit the H323 endpoint sends a UII 'signal' with
duration and the gateway translates this message into a SIP INFO
containing digit code and duration.
Next the H323 endpoint send UII signal update message with change in
signal duration.
Please let me know what should be the outgoing message (i.e. SIP INFO
with new duration or no outgoing message).
