Yes, it has. There's no CALEA requirement for enterprises, but they are subject to LI orders. LI may not be useful if the nodes in question are "really secure", but few enterprises have "really secure" systems. In my consulting days I had to help a number of enterprises implement intercept orders. Such orders can be very creatively written and darned hard to implement. But if you don't convince the issuing judge you're making a good effort, it's off-to- jail-for-contempt-of-court time . . .
