Hi All !

I've digested all wglc comments (and hopefully got them correctly). 
Thanks for everybody who commented and please check that they ended up 
being as _good enough_. Well if not, please comment...

-so the intro & basic operation got mangled a bit, probably it is now 
more understandable.
-diff-processing parameter was not precisely enough presented, now 
there's some normative text also.
-subscriber & notifier processing is also more accurate, though _longer_
-some examples in an appendix to describe to thing to novice implementers...

In principle, there should be no "real" changes, i.e. those which should 
really influence implementations, though i may have added some 
unnecessary stuff there.
