how is this new offering different than
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-sip-saml-04.txt
which is a WG item within SIP and has been around for a while...
I'm not gleaning the delta from your new -00 offering and the
existing WG item, making me question why the new ID was written. I
might have missed a key facet of this new ID not in the existing WG
item, and am asking if you can explain the need for this second SAML in SIP ID?
