But I think we all agree that there are some problems with existing SBCs. So if 
there is a SIP compliant solution for these problems, why not use it now? Of 
course we still would have to discuss if Dale's proposal is SIP compliant.

Finding guidelines for describing the behaviour of SBCs probably would take 
some time.
