If you don't want media intercepted by intermediaries - you need to use 
DTLS-SRTP+fingerprint or something which prevents interception, or at least 
prevents interception for the purpose of rendering.

Just because you send your media to an IP Address indicated in the SDP by the 
far-end UA does NOT mean it is not being intercepted.  RFC 4474 does NOT 
provide you with media authentication or prevent eavesdropping by signing SDP.  
You're not losing something because you didn't have it to begin with.
