All: A new version of domain-certs and sip-eku has just been
released.  This version includes the post-WGLC comments collected
during the Philadelphia and Dublin IETFs as well as the comments
by the chair (Keith Drage.)

sip-eku was also discussed extensively in the PKIX WG and
includes feedback from there as well.

This work is ready to be moved forward to the IESG.

Please let me and Scott know of any discrepancies or concerns.
