This is the draft that is supposed to solve all the INFO problems we
ever had and ever will have in future.

Note that the current version of the draft obsoletes (replaces) RFC
2976, i.e. the existing INFO method documentation.

There are a couple of open issues in the document where I believe the
editor's will be initiating discussion shortly - so you may want to wait
for those on the TBD.

Otherwise, let the discussion commence. You may want to try and raise
different issues in different emails, in order to allow these to be kept
track of.
