INVITE requests. SUBSCRIBE requests are not necessarily handled the

necessarily all cases.

The point is not that it possibly may succeed. The point is that it
possibly may fail because symmetric forwarding is simply not guranteed.
Therefore we know positive DERIVE tests provide us with value, negative
don't.
