I am fairly new to sipp, so sorry if this is a simple question. I am trying to set up a scenario where I send an INVITE to which I recieve a 401 to which I need to respond with an ACK. The problem is that the [branch] tag is calculated using z9hG4bK) + call number + message index.
Since this is the same dialog i (and my SBC) would expect the branch to remain the same, until I send my next INVITE with the authentication info. I have been able to work around the problem by creating my own branch tag, however this isn't going to scale the way I would like it to. Any suggestions?
