Summary: Defining used cipher suites on command line

Initial Comment:
Explanation
===========

This simple patch gives the user a possibility to
change the cipher suites used for TLS sessions. A new
command line option '-tls_ciph <ciphers_suites>' was
added. If the option is not used, the default ciphers
suites of OpenSSL are used.
