will that allow me to do ?
Will that help me to a certain extent
?
Are there any other tools that will help me
achieve what I am trying to do ?
Something not too bulky and easy to
generate wierd messages for my testing..

this is not (currently) possible: this part (server part) is
not
implemented in SIPp.
