Summary: version 1.1rc6 ignores Unexpected messages

Initial Comment:
Observation:
When an unexpected message comes, the SIPp doesn't
count it as Unexpected message. It totally ignores the
message, and the call does not appear in statistics of
Failed calls (neither does it in Successful calls).

I observed it in the case where the unexpected message
belonged to an existing dialog (the same to, from and
Call-ID).

How to reproduce:
Dump the built-in 'uac' scenario to file and change ACK
to INFO. Run two instances of SIPp against each other:
- one running the built-in 'uas' scenario
- second one running the modified 'uac' with INFO

See that the UAS instance does not record any
unexpected messages, out-of-call messages or failed
calls. It simply waits for ACK and retransmits 200 OK.
