Hi People!

I think there is some sense to add Windows version checking in installer. If
version is unsupported (Windows 2000, 98, etc) - then installer should warn
user about possible inoperativeness during installation process.

I know that clever guys always read documentation (especially "Available
platforms" section) before installing something... But there are also not
very clever guys (like me) that always forget to read docs... ;-)
