Here's a less orthodox way of doing it:
Run a separate registration scenario in parallel to your call, with a 60
sec Pause defined at the end of the reg scenario i.e.

REGISTER                ----------->
200 OK                  <-----------
Pause [60000 ms]


When you start your reg scenario, include the parameter "-l [Number of
users you are trying to register]". So say for example you are trying to
register two users, start the scenario as something like: 
        
        ./sipp -sf register.xml x.y.z.t -inf reg.csv -l 2

How to resend register using sipp?For example if i set registration
expires time to 60secs after 60secs the user gets deleted as the
registration has expired.If it is during a call how can i resend
