unfortunately, SIPp project didn't make it for Google SoC 2007:

It's interesting to see that there is one SIP project in there.
In any case, tanks for all the ideas and mentors that we got for this
application - with a very short notice. We'll try to handle that better next
time.
That said, the idea list is still very valid. So I moved the SoC idea list
to a "Ideas" page:

Feel free to edit and add your ideas, or start implementing some of them!
