Summary: Counted (for) loop construct

Initial Comment:
I think it would be very useful to have the possibility of organising counted 
(for) loops in a scenario file. This would allow the counted repetition of 
certain part of the scenario. As of today it requires some hacking to 
initialise a loop variable to a start value, increment its value and test for 
loop condition (e.g. < > <= >= <>).
