I had somewhat similar problem. On Windows XP, though.
SIPp was running as a client and saying it reported
RTP and DTMF packets. None of these could be seen with
Wireshark/Ethereal. It turned out that Server was
providing an IP for which SIPp assumed is on a WAN
side and decided to use NIC card other than the one
used for SIP signaling and on which I have been
sniffing for packets :-(

To get it working I had to change server responses (an
IP address within SDP). Only then SIPp was using the
same NIC card for both signaling and RTP/DTMF.
