Category: sipp Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Hemanth (hemanth_sf) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Problem: SIPP + TLS with "-t ln" generates SSLv2 Client Hell Initial Comment: When SIPP is used with multi-socket TLS (-t ln) it sends a SSLv2 client hello instead of a TLSv1 hello and hence the server (not SIPP server) drops the packet outputting "wrong version number". This problem is not seen with the single socket TLS (-t l1). Moreover in the former case, only the client hello is sent as SSLv2, all other TLS messages are sent as TLSv1. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=637566&aid=1743639&group_id=104305 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
