Summary: Problem: SIPP + TLS with "-t ln" generates SSLv2 Client Hell

Initial Comment:

When SIPP is used with multi-socket TLS (-t ln) it sends a SSLv2 client hello
instead of a TLSv1 hello and hence the server (not SIPP server) drops the
packet outputting "wrong version number". This problem is not seen with the
single socket TLS (-t l1). Moreover in the former case, only the client hello is
sent as SSLv2, all other TLS messages are sent as TLSv1.
