I made it and it's possible! :)
But you have to take care about the Call-ID because maybe in the same
scenario you make different calls from one party to multiple parties and
then you should use a prefix, for example a6DxJ8sW///[call_id].
You also need to pay attention to the Refer-To header field of REFER
messages. You should read properly the "to" and "from" tags from previous
requests, as well as the intended Call-ID in order to use them in the
"Replaces" field.
