Thank's. Yes I remember that the openssl-devel package is needed.

The problem is that in my first try I could not get the openssl-devel
package in debian. 

        apt-get install openssl-devel
        Reading package lists... Done
        Building dependency tree... Done
        E: Couldn't find package openssl-devel

I will now ask the debian experts.
