Marc,

I do not know what the ports 1230 and 1231 are for, at least on Unix those 
ports should not be opened.  The ports that SIPp should use given your 
command line are:
5060 (for SIP traffic)
7000,7002 (for media traffic)
888 (for control traffic)

On Windows there were a couple of ports that I could not identify, but I 
have never actually used SIPp on Windows.
