Hi,

Yes, of course SIPp can send and recieve SIP signaling to and from
real SIP server, for example P-CSCF or S-CSCF.

Just use a command line such as the following:

sipp            -sf register.xml            -inf subscriber.csv
    -t t1 ip_address_of_pcscf              -i
ip_address_of_this_computer -p 5060
