I am nut sure if I have understood you correctly. But his special external
command is mainly intended for the communication
with other test components.netcat (nc) sends the string ('tc_start:
msan_reg_bv-008a') via UDP (IP-addr.:[field0], port:[field1] )
to my test-manager.
