I have followed the same syntax, tested with SIP call flow(INVITE to
BYE) its working fine.
It worked with SIP Message Message with Content-Length: 0(No contents in
the message)
MESSAGE sip:10.5.11.177 SIP/2.0

10.5.11.177:5061;branch=z9hG4bK-d87543-fa731c7ae34a3915-1--d87543-;rport

Means content length is 4 for the content "help" ,its not treating as
the message content,
The server is getting the content as "Null"
(At the line String content=MsgReq.getContent().toString(); I am getting
Null)
So I am doubtful if any other format to pass the real , message content,
example is not in the documentation.
Have you tried it and it worked?
