When I run SIP (using pcapplay), I see a warning that says "Warning: open file
limit > FD_SETSIZE; limiting max. # of open files to FD_SETSIZE = 64"
What exactly does this mean? And how do I increase FD_SETSIZE in Windows? Do
I need to update this value in the code and re-compile?
