My understanding is that UAS will not contact remote party until it receive
requests from somewhere.
Something I got confused is you mentioned UAS is sending INVITE towards UAC.
If first command in scenario is "send", then it can't be UAS. So it might be
trying to reach other party.
Probably your scenario files give me more information
Can you send me the UAS and UAC scenario xml files, as I think it is not
problem with sipp as such.
