I) One modification which might work is changing the optional message to global such as: <recv request="OPTIONS" optional="global" /> And make sure that you get rid of any other optional OPTIONS messages in your xml scenario file.
II) use the "-aa" option on your command line - this will receive an OPTIONS msg and send out a 200OK also for this . This would be the preferred method - if it works.
