It is not clear to me that there is a way to do it.  The relevant code 
seems to be in send_packets in send_packets.c.

[Sipp-users] HowTo set RTP packet SourceIP






Hi All
I?m using the PCAP scenario (SIpp version 3) and I see that SIPp sends RTP 
traffic from with SourceIP of outgoing interface. Using ?mi options only 
set the Media IP address in SDP body but real RTP traffic is sent with 
outgoing interface Source IP.
My question is, how to define Source IP address to send outgoing RTP 
traffic.
