Can I give my PC's IP address in my X-lite soft phone and register it . Is it
possible ?

You can also register an account and get sip credentials on unison.com/demo.

For example register two users with callcentric and register two different

There's no gui support in sipp as such , but you can set up one, check
webfrontend in the docs.
