Currently now.
The latest unstable snapshot is from 2009-01-21
(http://sipp.sourceforge.net/snapshots/) and the trunk changed a few
days ago.

To access the trunk easiest
1. click on "SVN" under "sourceforge" in the left side of the home page
2. Click "Browse Subversion Repository" on the right side of the page
3. Click "sipp"
4. Click "trunk" (this will lead you to
http://sipp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sipp/sipp/trunk/)
5. At the bottom of the page click "Download GNU tarball" to get the
latest of trunk

Then follow the instructions in the documentation on installing and compiling.
