In fact scenario should be out of date due to a different version of the
C# compiler (2.0, 3.0 or 3.5) which give a different assembly version.
A new set of samples should be generated, and I will remove the flush of
the strong checking of factory version in the xml file.

Hello David,
Could you try downloading the source and run the gui from the binaries
present inside , and open the samples to check whether you still get the
error ?
Regards
Anuj

When I tried to open the 3PCC sample scenario,
I get the following error message. I get a similiar message for the
majority of samples, except the most basic scenario, i.e. INVITE, try,
ok, ack.
Unable to load file 'c:\documents and
settings\userName\Desktop\STSLabs\Samples\3_CC.std' (Could not load file
or assembly 'HPInvent.OpenCall.SipTestStudio.Toolbox, Version==1.0.0.0,
Culture=neurtal, PublicKeyTokenn=544' or a dependencies. The located
assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0.80131040)).
