You can specify that the exact content of the header should be
"sip:[email protected];tag=5ghjygh68".

For this you use anchors:

<ereg regexp="^sip:9860545...@exmaple\.com;tag=5ghjygh68$"
search_in="hdr" header="From" check_it="true" assign_to="1" />

If there is anything else around the expected value, the match is
supposed to fail.
