Your reg+subscribe scenario does not seem to complete. The total number of completed scenario (S+F - Success + Failure) remains at 0 even though 4 scenario attempts were initiated (O=4). IMS Bench is waiting for all scenario attempts from the first run to complete before moving on the next run of the bench.
Could you look at the SIPp screen to see which of the messages were received and which ones were not.
