Hi Praveen,
Are you able to see the outgoing packets having INVITE in your CSCF logs.In
fact the ingress INVITE might be dropped at CSCF level due to some problem.
Some logs will really do good to dig into the issue.
It seems the server is listening on a different port or ip.
