I have download SIP3.1 source code
I am on windows platform I wanted to know can I open SIPp Source code into VC++
using Visual Studio 2008?
Is it CYGBIn is mandatory ? for compilation ? As I have downloaded CYGBIn I
don't know It's not able to installed.
After installation when I went to bin folder its empty. CYG Installer only
creates folder structure.
I have wpcap on my system.
